It’s Pol (and his mother Sioned).

I’m really not sure. I know the question came up 20 years ago on the Melanie Rawn boards on AOL, but I don’t remember if we ever got a definitive answer. I’m checking with Michael on this to see if he remembers. It’s definitely Pol on the cover of Skybowl with Azhdeen, and he looks *much* younger on that cover. The armor is similar but not the same. And of course the sword is different.
