Michael just finished the varnish on this concept last night. We’re not ready to feature it yet because it still needs to be framed and photographed, but I couldn’t resist sharing a behind the scenes exclusive.
TRANTORIAN DREAM (the finished cover illustration) sold at auction this summer for a record price at Heritage. So when Michael said he pulled a TD concept from his files for the newsletter, I was expecting something special.
When Michael texted this studio shot to me last night, my jaw hit the floor. This one is truly something out of this world.
