A preliminary concept by Michael Whelan for Paradise by Mike Resnick.

The figure was later used in NALATHNI DRAGON, a special Magic: The Gathering promo card that Wizards of the Coast gave away at DragonCon in 1994.  A copy of the card was later included in The Duelistmagazine.
